APPOINTMENT :
- Due to prior booked schedules, we request that in case of Appointment cancellation or rescheduling you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and benefit the waiting patients. You may cancel or reschedule by phone or via mail.
- If you have to cancel your appointment prior to 24 hrs, we offer you a refund but if the cancellation is done after 24 hours or on an uninformed Immediate basis, no refunds are given. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
SEMINAR/WEBINAR :
- In case of 24 hours PRIOR Cancellation to the scheduled date of the start of a seminar or a webinar – Half the price of the total amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees for the same will be deducted from the refund
- In case of cancellation 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the start of the webinar full amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
PHILOSIA PUBLICATIONS :
- If the order is canceled prior to the dispatch of the order placed of books full amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
