Similimum centric advice includes

  1. The 3 advices immediately after the case
  2. Designer’s Advice after the interview
  3. The designer’s Unique Diary:

The patient centric diary created for each individual contains certain activities which are spontaneous activities and guided activities.

What exactly is this diary, how did it evolve?

I remember when I was a student I use to carry a diary with me, it was a black diary and I would carry it with me all the time. I would carry this black book everywhere…when someone else read this book where all scattered lines were written it would make no sense to them and they would just shut it off and pass it back to me…

I realised that this diary had become a carrier of my abstract thoughts, of my creativity, of my experiences in dark, in internal witnessing, a carrier of my emotions, of my quotes, my readings which touched me, my imaginations, all scattered initially but slowly a beautiful flow

So to understand myself consciously and subconsciously I have used this diary for me, where I have noted things which have spontaneously come to me, all these diaries are nothing but a reflection of me, they all speak about me, my altered pattern, my similimum, my remedy.

These diaries contain first my journey of Homoeopathy and gradually the direction of these diaries goes inwards into me, and ultimately I see an amalgamation of myself and my homoeopathic journey which has now become a unified one…

So I invite you all to meet your unique self, to come in contact with your higher purpose, to touch your unique creativity through your unique diary…

What is this unique designer’s diary?

A ‘Meri Kitab’ (Designers Diary) is a spontaneous, right brain, non-logical, non-linear right brain form of you, your diary. Unlike a diary, which is a chronicle or log of a person’s life, it is a private space where an individual works out his thoughts, feelings, spontaneous ideas, fears, dreams and day dream, spontaneous imagination through writing, or sketching or poetry or drama or story or fairy tales in a visible form. As he does this his natural designer pattern comes out as they put these things together.

You write (in form of story, poetry, fairy tales etc), Draw (sketch, scribble), Imagine (stories, fairy tales, beliefs etc) Feel, sense and as you do this. The scattered data which doesn’t make any sense comes together. This will help you and your holistic healer to understand YOU…Be sure of your uniqueness (individuality) and thus Similimum (homeopathic remedy).

Here are my suggestions

Every Seven/fifteen days/month,

  1. With Aloneness (In Your solitude space either in Nature or in your personal private space)
  2. With activity you love.
  3. With physical- mental activity to make mind and body come together.

In your Alone private space (guided activity)

  1. Draw with your non-dominant hand over time and see what emerges and write meaning of it as it is.

Not only for adults, the designer’s diary works well for children as well, the activities like abstart art, scribbling, stories, fairy tales, nightmares, fears, drems, imaginary friends, belief systems all these methods can be tools to express his untamed unique self.

These are just the hints, out of this I am sure some method, some prompt, will help you to create that alone empty space to come in tune with your similimum, keep doing those activities at a frequent interval, you will gradually see a pattern emerging in different areas…
