A ‘Meri Kitab’ (Designers Diary) is a spontaneous, right brain, non-logical, non-linear right brain form of you, your diary. It is a private space where an individual works out his thoughts, feelings, spontaneous ideas, fears, dreams and day dream, spontaneous imagination through writing, or sketching or poetry or drama or story or fairy tales in a visible form. As he does this his natural designer pattern comes out as they put these things together.

  • The idea is to create like its empty pages, an empty space where they write, draw, imagine, feel, sense and as they do this, the scattered data which doesn’t make any sense comes together and helps him and his holistic healer understand his whole pattern better.
  • It will be a tool, a chance to be with oneself for some time, without intellectual, logical brain, a chance to be with their non-logical abstract self for some time and in a way help to spend time with one’s true self.
  • It will help the individual to be more aware of the illness, the way one thinks, feels, senses about ones illness in a holistic and artistic way, to understand one’s fears, imaginations, sensations which come up during the illness and otherwise
  • The designer’s diary will help the individual to slowly be able to get in touch with their pattern, to be in that similimum field through the activities and expressing themselves in the diary. As slowly the non-coordinated scattered expressions start to connect to make a common pattern and helps in making the individual aware of this pattern which runs in all areas of his/her life.
  • Visiting this pattern makes them aware and slowly becomes a healing agent for the individual
  • As one improves this diary, these areas, prompts whatever comes helps the individual to see who they are in healthy state. Gradually guiding one to their desire, their purpose and path.
