If the patient gives us along with the PQRS at the Holistic Level, we also get peculiar pathological general symptoms then we use the Boger’s approach of repertorisation, we may use BBCR or Boger’s Synoptic Key or Phatak’s Repertory or Boericke’s Repertory. Or in cases where we have peculiar physical particulars or clinical symptoms then Repertories which cover specific organ or specific pathology can be used.
